Niagara Fall's :: Friday, May 07, 2004 - 05:15 AM (GMT)

Canada

Today we went to Niagara Falls. We caught the train from Toronto it took about 2 hours to get there.
We were told it was a 40 mins walk from the station to the fall's so being the travellers that we are now, a taxi was not an option.

As we made our way towards the falls I suppose it was a bit of a suprise because we expected them to be in the middle of nowhere but like alot of things it is a tourist attraction so with that come's the usual developments. Which without we would'nt have got as close as we did..

We did the tourist thing the Maid of the mist which really gets you close up. You'll see how close and how wet when we put the pictures up. Some peeps thought they got wet on the log flume that was nothing compared to this.....

We then did the walk behind the fall's which was good but maybe not as thrilling as we thought.
Anyway after some food and a walk round Niagra we had to head back to the station for the 5.45 train.

We're both wacked now and feel over the past to weeks we've done the most amount of walking ever. Probably a good thing, walk off all the burgers.

Were off to Montreal then Quebec and Halifax so may be a bit, till the next installment.
Loads a love Ju.
